Anyone know anything about the Jesu? How does it sound compared to the self titled? I could have sworn Mono came out a while ago. I specifically remember seeing it in stores actually. I'll probably eventually get the DBT even though I hated the clips I listened to it a while ago.

I'm'a snag this and that T.I. cos I wanna see the DVD.

Such is the duality of the Southern Thing.

I'll pick up the Truckers. I always love reading the lyrics and the little extra stories about the songs that they put in there.

I also kind of want the Fiery Furnaces, but only if the rhythm sections are more Rehearsing and less EP. When they're poppy and accessible, they're boring and annoying. I've heard enough of that plain bouncy indie shit for a lifetime.

It's actually a 2004 release, but for some reason the talk of Jesu reminded me of it, even though they don't really sound the same. It's kind of a whitenoise/psych/drone release with distorted screamed vocals broken up into three songs. I'm not sure if you'd like it or not. I can probably YSI it tonight or tomorrow if you don't find a copy of it somewhere.
