Actually, it was a chick that traded the free rent - and she traded it for a recording contract. So you might need more than a couple of paper clips to get her interest.

I've been following this guy. It's pretty amazing what he's done, and I don't doubt for a second that he'll end up with a house. It'll be interesting to see where he goes from there.
