I get do have one of the talks tomorrow and JOY go in on my day off for it. What I hate more than the whiny criers are the ones who think they are great but really have no (aptitude for the job/common sense/work ethic) whatsoever. Really hard to coach when they think they know more than you or just can't remember from day to day how to do their basic tasks. We really need to revise the interview questions we are allowed to ask. Sometimes I wish I could fire someone just for qualifying to ride the short bus.

Our work is not rocket science. I really think a drunk monkey could do it. Sometimes, I give people too much credit.
