settin mine up tomorrow. I'm pretty excited about messing around w/ the GarageBand software to record some sweet, sweet babymakin music. i probably shouldn't be this excited for a computer but whattya gonna do. anyone have one of these? I got it as a wedding gift but haven't had a place to put it, until tomorrow, so it's just been taunting me.

i was playing around with that program the other day on my mac book pro I got awhile back...its pretty fun but I am totally clueless.

yeah, i was in the apple store last week picking up a mouse and keyboard and they were having a tutorial and what I did see seemed to be pretty sweet. I just have to buy an I/O adapter to connect a mic cable, then I'm all set.

What exactly is this? Is it for recording music?

I've got one, and I love it, you can't beat it at that price.

the mac mini is a mac. the garageband software is just software to record music.
