This one isn't mine, but by a friend of mine who was named one of the country's culinary "Rising Stars":

Grilled, Marinated Baby Octopus

We used to be roommates. Good eating in those days.

while this is hardly a wednesday night meal the site is pretty good.
i checked out the quick recipes and this sounds fabulous: balsamic glazed chicken livers and onions. there's no way the kids and i are eating chicken livers so they have suggestions at the bottom of each recipe to make it kid friendly as in, substitute chicken tnderloins. voila.

this is so happening for dinner tomorrow.

If cooked right, it starts out like it's going to be chewey -- has a bit of give, but then it snaps. So, sort of like a thicker version of calimari -- should be cooke al dente.
