I hope it wasn't directed at me. My post was kind of tongue in cheek.

lighten up, people.
it wasn't directed at anyone and it was a stupid throwaway comment.
stupid. meant to be funny. i really like almost everyone on this board.
and in terms of the gay stuff it's all grist for the mill. trust me, it takes quite a bit to really offend me and if i was really a sensitive baby i just wouldn't be here.

aww shit, now you're making me all sappy so fucking quit it, okay?

I honestly think that the Cap was asking about something that he was curious about and, not having any gay friends in real life, thought he might ask here, where there are people comfortable with that.

Shit, even twenty years ago people wouldnt be talking about stuff like this. Its insane and insulting to think that hetero people should know every nuance of the burdgeoning (out in the open) gay culture. I'm not gonna get my gay-formation from Will & Grace or Interior Motives just as you dont get your home fix-it tips from Home Improvement.

Now if you are dissapointed that it denegrates into fart and pitcher/catcher jokes--you havent been reading this board for any amount of time.

Edit: dammit Ayah, ya posted on top of me!

I just thought it was funny that I slipped an "Interior Motives" reference in there since I think they switched the name to "The Christopher Lowell Show" about 8 years ago.

"Interior Motives" was pushing it (literally) even in the gay, swinging, late 1990's.

I don't think any of the gay people on this board took this thread offensively. Kyle is alright in my book so I don't mind him wanting to know about the way I live my life. In fact, I'm flattered.

I'm just glad that Promethium laughed at the truth in my statement.

For the record, Yes, I was genuinely curious. At some point when I know these guys better, I'll just ask them. Something tells me that they...
1. Don't mind, and
2. Get that question a lot.

My bad. I had had a bad night's sleep and was being all paranoid that you hated me because I had revealed the sluttiness of lezzies.

It's all good sugar-bear... oh shit... okay... I'll quit the mushiness pronto.
