As for me, this, The Semester Of The Divorce, has been one long trainwreck that is only now turning out marginally kinda okay - one class dropped with my therapist's blessing and a medical excuse, another that I might be able to pull out (I've been slowly improving my performance all semester, and I hope that the instructors will be understanding of mydepression, lack of sleep and chronic drinking). Meh. I never do shit like this.

If i hadn't hit the jackpot with Deena, I'd be taking lessons from you.

I'm not sure how to teach my brand of ignorance, bubba. I think my success with my female friends has had something to do with never having any expectations but for enjoying the moment that I am in, and for letting them know that they are my friends first - anything beyond that is a pleasant bonus.

But that's just a guesstimate.

She went out to a bar with the two drunken school friends. I got done witht he paper and fell asleep right after 11:30. They stumbled into our bedroom at 1am. She says "they're really drunk, so can you drive them across town? They've got no way to get home."

The final was in 7 hours.

Meanwhile, the poor girl left the door open, so I can hear Drunk and Drunker out there talking loud as shit. Then I hear a car start, and apparently one of them drove them both home. I don't like that part, but then I didn't tell them to go out for Round 3 either.

The final was hard. The wife remembers little, and feels very bad.
