my internet access for the last few weeks has been restricted to public libraries. i'll soon be back online at home, but i'm not really a popular CC user anyway.

It's broken AGAIN- sheeit.

If I ever begin to learn how to program, like I promised myself I would, I'll write a nice file-sharing program for us to use. That way, we won't have to depend on other people's undependable servers.

That might take a while.

We do need better participation in order for this to be effective still.

That's not likely to change until the client gets better. People have problems connecting, can't share all of their files, and have to jump thorugh hoops to be able to share with everyone.

Perhaps. The difficulties I've encountered have been very minimal, but I guess I'm lucky. I'd just like to see more of the folks that it does work for hanging out. I'm on quite a bit.
