I'd give him crap for being a ballhog if he shot something like 15-50 and only scored thirtysome points, In a game like tonight, if he scored 80 and shot over 50% from the field, it would have been alot closer.

It wasn't THAT retarded - Dirk only made 3 shots all night. Unfortunately, Spooner decided that the cream puff Mavs deserved 50 fucking free throws, so they were able to stay ahead. The free throw disparity was pretty questionable tonight.

If they hadn't fouled him half of those times he would have made the shots, but the other half of those trips to the line, you're right, were pretty suspect. Unless your name is Shaq. This year, the refs decided that he is allowed to catch the ball, but if he turns around to shoot and elbows someone's face , it's a foul. Yeah I know everyone hates Shaq. I did too once. But damn, he catches the ball with 2 hands and turns around its a foul. He's 7'2" , he can't help it if the opponent's head is at his chest. This has been called at least 7 times on him in the playoffs.
