The groomer puts the bow in her hair, we usually just put a rubberband. She can't see without it, and FEMGAR likes the Pebbles look over the bangs.

I have what is probably a really stupid question... with dogs that shaggy and hairy, what stops folks from shaving his/her hair down to like an inch or so? Your pup would be able to see and would probably be a lot cleaner. Is it because that's what the breed is supposed to look like, or what?

1. They are supposed to look like that.

2. They stay plenty clean because you take them to the groomer regularly.

I've been through this regarding our cat.
