Nice call on the Ghostland Observatory. I included a song of theirs on my last mix - "Piano Man."

I just saw MuteMath on Thursday. It was a good show. I was originally kind of dismissive of them. But the show I went to was very engaging. The drummer has impressive chops. I bought the CD at the concert and it is a decent pop record.

BUT!!!!!! The lead singer uses a keytar (ugh)....and he has a listened to a Police record or 2 me thinks. Not that the latter's so bad.

I like the Mellowdrone love. Please continue this, because I've felt lost in 2006 with new music.

yup mellowdrone is a great local band... along with cold war kids, giant drag and little ones.

not all of these are 2006 tracks but most of them are relatively new.
