No no no. That's why I find all this amusing. I never understood his "hotness". But that could probably be because A) I don't like, never have, pretty boys. and B) I've also usually(with the exception of my ex-husband ) never ever been attracted to blondes.

There's a rough but debonair quality about him. Something that Pitt doesn't have. He's just boring.

Funny thing is, my husband thinks that Depp looks "dirty" all the time, like he needs a bath or something. But I agree with Jen in his ability to morph into different looks, but ultimately, just Johnny as himself is good enough for me!

The last generation of (well known) American actors has pretty much been uniformly pretty boys. Guys who even when they hit 40(Pitt, Depp) look like boys.

You need to go back a generation or more to find the ruggedly handsome American actors.

Ahhh Clive. Yes.

First time I ever saw him in a film was when I was en route to the French Alps with my best friend a few years back. It was a film about gambling. Can't remember the name of it right now. But remember him.

I also have this odd thing for Colin Firth. And Dexter Fletcher.

I'm going to stop there before I start naming all british film actors cause frankly I love em all. :lol:
