Yeah, I was going to say, "Not the Toad the Wet Sprocket" guy, but I thought maybe the years on the album would give it away for sure. I actually saw that album as well, but this echoes was cheaper in the "overstock bin". Probably a better place to start as its 2 discs and collects a couple of albums+EPs, singles, etc together for over 140 mins of his guitar wanking.
