I was conversing with Timis briefly about this. Thought I'd post it here. My vote goes to:

Jeff Buckley - Grace

have at it, fools.

You don't have to be so specific. I was thinking more 70's 80's 90's. I was leaving the 2000's out though. Not that there aren't good ones or possibly great ones that are deserving to be on this list, but it may just be too soon to make that claim fairly, considering the decade is not over yet.

Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tracks

I need to re-do my list.

I agree. Iwasn't looking for some exhaustive list. However, we're talking GREATEST (obviously subjective). I don't think I was expecting people to list 10 or more albums in this list.

Well, I think pretty much everything I listed qualifies as "GREATEST", but I'll narrow it down a little.

Ignore my earlier posts, and it could just be:

early 70s: Neil Young - On the Beach
late 70s: Talking Heads - Fear of Music
80s: Minutemen - Double Nickels on the Dime
90s: Flaming Lips - Clouds Taste Metallic

Although I hate to leave out those other ones. There are a ton of things that qualify, IMO, and picking between them almost feels arbitrary.

The Top Five albums on my Konstantiranks list are...

Velvet Underground - Velvet Underground & Nico 8.54 1969

Smiths, The - Meat Is Murder 8.00 1985
