So let's say I start the process of downloading something, then i decide that i don't want to d/l it anymore.

so i click on stop download, then i delete it from my queue... it should be gone for good right!?

no, for some reason, when i reboot soulseek, it comes back and ocntinues its d/l....

why? how can i stop this?

its not the biggest deal in the world, but a pain in the ass none the less.

i just hit delete and it stops.

soulseek has been sucking for me lately. is there a newer version out? i have 156 c. i downloaded it a while ago.

delete it in your queue AND delete the incomplete download in your downloads folder - it will be called INCOMPLETE_songname.mp3 or whatever

this has worked for me in the past, but lately I have noticed a new anomaly of sorts. That, when others download from me, I have been getting unsearched for and unrequested uploads from them, and some crappy ones at that,( ie. a deftones single, a journey single) what up with that? anyone get similar occurrences? Is this some sort of sick joke on me?
