. . . from last night's dinner right now. Wanted to post this because, as Phil sez, food is love. Picked up last night's date, we went to whole foods and got groceries and went to my place and cooked dinner. Kickass!

Salad:
Spinach, kidney beans, daikon radish, pear, green bell pepper, honey roasted peanuts (edit: oh yeah, and kiwi fruit).
Dressing:
vinegar, honey, tabasco, fresh chives & mint (from my garden), and maybe something else (didn't watch as she made this).

Pasta:
onion, garlic, mushrooms, tomatos, capers, and feta tossed with ziti, fresh ground black pepper, and spinach-feta turkey sausage (edit: oh yeah, and olives).

Beverage:
a bottle of shiraz, a sixer of Shiner

ice cream

yum - got everything except for the ice cream here as my lunch today.

That lonely bottle of Shiner is not long for this world. Drinking at my desk in my office at school = QUAL.

This girl is a salad ninja. Next dinner will be pairing a salad and an entree with a bottle of my homemade strawberry wine.
