I listened to Misery is a Butterfly for the first time recently and really liked it. What's the next logical step from there? I'd like to get into this band a little more.

If I'm not mistaken, OPA! is a fan.

Skip Melody of Certain Damaged Lemons for now and go to In an Expression of the Inexpressible next.

Edit: I like Melody too, but I don't think it's as strong as what came immediately before or after.

I disagree. Expression is not one of their best in my opinion.

No. Melody is not one of their best, although it is certainly worth picking up. In an Expression of the Inexpressible is their best in my opinion.

Well, Misery is their best. I like Melody and La Mia Vita equally. For me, Expression is probably their worst. It's not bad, but it hasn't hit me like the others have.

1) In an Expression
2) Misery
3) Melody/Fake Can Be...
4) La Mia...
5) s/t (don't like this one)

Well, we'll agree to disagree. I'm surprised you put the s/t album above Expression, but whatever.

I really like Fake a whole lot, but I never warmed up to Misery or Melody. I should really check out In an Expression.

For me, it's...

1. Misery...
2. Melody...
3. La Mia Vita...
4. Fake Can Be...
5. All the others

I agree. I was OBSESSED with them in high school and I remember dying for In an Expression to come o out after hearing the songs live so many times.
