However, (a) leg press is a shitty lift, and it's not difficult to to huge sums of weight, especially when (b) you only go through a range of motion of about 4 inches like ol' Pat does.

Seriously that is crap.

I used to see guys at the gym who'd do that and what does that actually do? That's all ego.

Let's see Robertson do squats. I bet he couldn't do 250pd's.
