This was an unbelievably good idea. The muffuletta was one of the greatest sandwiches I've ever made. I don't know how I can top this. It's actually kind of depressing, like reaching Everest looking down and realizing This is It.

It looks pretty, but is that head cheese in there? What are the ingredients inside of it?

I hollowed out the top and bottom of the loaf, spread in olive relish and lettuce and then layered on the bacon, chicken breasts, hot mortadella, capicola, prochiutto and provolone.

I'm about halfway through right now.

Looks incredibly delicious. I'd add Ajvar spread to top it off.

I admire your feat, there, DJ.

However, I'm highly loyal to the big round loaf they slather in butter and then bake to let everything get so greasy that when you shit it spins around the side of the porcelain bowl a few times before bobbing atop the water.

Are you going to be able to move after eating that?

Possibly an unfortunate time to make that comment. Though, with the size of that thing altitude sickness is probably a real concern

That's the kind of sandwich that talks to you when you're high.
And you agree with the wisdom imparted.

As someone who's had a dislocated jaw, I'd be scared to try and eat that.
