I've given this a few listens and really like it. So far the first song and "Dirty Whirlwind" are my favorites. I can't wait until this comes out.

they're on the cover of the new Filter, which I read some of last night. I think it's interesting that both Tunde and Kyp Malone grew up in Pittsburgh.

i still haven't spun this yet...been kind of building up to it but have been distracted by everything from paul simon to chili peppers, to liars and now the walkmen. how is it?

i kinda liked the previous one but this one didn't do much for me. seemed to be a collection of experiments rather than a collection of songs. i'll listen again though.

Interesting. I like this a lot more than Desperate Youth, which lost steam toward the end. God, I can't wait for this to come out? Is there a confirmed release date yet?

fyi the album's getting released on 1 July in Australia (a Saturday) according to their tour ads, so I guess a US release for 4 July, or maybe 27 June.
