Is there a way to select and copy/paste text from a macromedia/flash website?

not short of printscreen + OCR.

Not really, unless you do a print screen and then open it up in an app like photoshop... what are you trying to capture?

Doesn't sound worth it....I'm researching some stuff on the internet and summarizing it elsewhere and thought it would speed things up if I could cut and paste whole paragraphs and then edit out the stuff I'm not interested.

naw...there's nothing useful to copy/paste and claim as my own from that site. Thanks for the suggestion though.
