His book is a good read. It's a neat view of how the industry works from a guy that went through it.

There's one story about how they were super excited to play at the Grammy's or some other such award show. They wanted to show their stuff in front off all the famous musicians, etc. They were cued to play as the telecast was going to commericial and after about 20 seconds of playing, when the commercials started, their sound was shut off. Not what they expected. Heh.

I've been meaning to pick up that book on the cheap...thanks for the reminder. Amazon Wish List, here I come...
