I can't nap. If I nap I'm up all night and it completely throws off my sleep pattern which has to remain stable else I become Moody Bastard Konstant.

I also have a theory that the more you sleep the more tired you feel so napping doesn't 'refresh' me much either.

It's just an all round bad for me.
