Frank Zappa/Captain Beefheart - Bongo Fury
Frank Zappa - Hot Rats
Iron Maiden - Piece of Mind
Steely - The Royal Scam
Chris Bell - I Am the Cosmos
Willie Nelson - Phases and Stages
Johnny Cash - At Folsom Prison (no that SACD version)
Johnny Cash - At San Quentin

np: Iron Maiden - "Die With Your Boots On"

Bongo Fury is a pretty crappy album. First time I've listened to it in years, just as an extension of all the Beefheart I listened to yesterday. It encompasses everything I don't like about Zappa, and the Beefheart contributions are pretty weak.

On the other hand, I picked up that Chris Bell album last night, and it's great. Looking forward to a second listen.
