Saw Danielson last night. They put on a great show. Fairly strange group of people but fun live. There was a rumor that Sujan was going to show up and play with them but he didn't.

A band called More Animals of the Arctic opened. They were really good too, kind of psychedelic but not over the top with it or anything.

Anyone else see them yet?

Heh... when you guys came to town there was a Danielson show and Katie asked if we should all go. I guessed it would not be Beth's (or the others') bag. I still haven't seen them, but I met the bassist or something.

Yeah, I would have gone then too but I would have been the only one from our group to enjoy it I"m sure. Beth didn't go last night either. She heard the new CD in my car and was like "this is the band you're seeing on Sunday? I think I'll pass..."

i saw danielson famile in 2002 and it was wild. everyone dressed as either nurses, doctors, or patients. i'd never heard anything by them before and loved it. there was one point when daniel wanted everyone to clap during a song and someone in the front started at the wrong time, but then the whole crowd started. and the band had to stop because they were laughing so hard. it was pretty funny. then daniel gave the cue himself. oh, and moldy peaches headlined that show. they were insane.
