 Post subject: Anyone familiar with the Red Sparowes

I heard this song "Like the Howling Glory" and think it's a quite great moody instrumental track along the lines of a mix of the Cure and Mogwai. It's the only thin i've heard and there's no real info on allmusic.

yeh, it's dudes from isis. i have one of their records, i think it's called 'at the soundless dawn' [dont have it in front of me to verify].
theyre ok - i think there's a glut of these not-exactly-metal-instrumental bands nowadays [think pelican] that are entertaining but after awhile, they all start to blur together to me...

edit: i'd rather listen to isis.

I just noticed (myspace page) their drummer was in The VSS. I love the VSS...highly underrated.
