just kidding.

anyway, i've been under a lot of work and family stress, and sad to say, i've succumbed to the sweet respite that is exercising until you vomit in self-loathing. also i'm fat.

anyway, i've been running a lot, and fuckitall if i can't stand every single song on my ipod. does anyone have any songs that they've really been enjoying working out too that they could send me? I'm almost to the point of putting journey's "Separate Ways" on there out of spite.

Thanks. Surprised that you're still digging that song.

How embarrassing, I totally forgot about that.

I'd post another but I'm afraid you'd hurt my feelings or insult my taste in dance music.

I have at last started a fitness regime myself to get rid of my disgusting expanding beer gut and i am really digging the Venetian Snares new album for pumping myself up. I could hook you up if you think this would be of interest?

Do you have the Foo Fighters - The Colour and the Shape?

There's some good workout songs on there.

Feel the burn, bitch.

seriously. too much fucking off at the bar drinking beers, and heavy lunches. the lunches are killing me. i recently put a stop to them, and feel a hell of a lot better.

there's no reason to eat baked ziti, loaded grinders, and calzone for lunch. the beautiful, skinny women i work with have been a bad influence. :)

The Automatic's new one has some "workout" type stuff on it, though I don't see you liking it very much.

About half of Shooting At Unarmed Men/Yes! Tinnitus! is absolutely crackin'
