The Joy Poppers - "Happier Sad"

I like this song. The singer/songwriter went to my high school, as did the drummer (Jason Batchko, also of Caviar). In fact, I carpooled with the drummer for hebrew school. He was kinda a dick to me. Nevermind... he's still a great drummer and this is a fun song.

Over the course of an entire album, this style tends to get a little grating, but I think some of you, at least will dig it for the one song.

Let me know. Because if you don't, you know that I'll bump this thread 50 times!

It does not surprise me.
He's been like that since the age of 9.
I even ran into him a couple of years ago, told him who I was, and he was still a prick to me. You would think one would grow up in 25 years.

Still a helluva percussionist, though.

So, we've established that Jason is a douchebag.
Did anyone listen to the song?
If the lead guy in this band is anything like his sister (who I graduated with), he is a helluva nice guy. (She was a sweetheart, and hot too by the way...)

I mean, I like the Beach Boys, but they knew to keep their songs around 2:30. The harmonies are nice for the most part, but they show their limits on the "when you think about it" breakdown.

Also, why are you using rapidshare?
