I think I used Neteller once. It seemed more difficult than Paypal so that's what I've stuck with.

With this you can do just about any kind of transactions including payments, purchases, money transfers and etc. They even issue you a debit card if you need one. Versatile and very low fees. O'course that was the first thing I checked before signing up.

I really hate paypal. They've been around forever and still have the worst interface in the world. Trying to navigate your account info in their site is like... well, let me just say that last time I was there I ran into David Bowie in a codpiece.
