apparently the dude said that he didn't have the sensation of falling until he got to thicker air. He says he rememebers looking up at the balloon and thought, "wow, that balloon is really rising fast" meanwhile the dude is going faster than the speed of sound. haha.

I decided to check them out after I saw you post them in your top ten and plus I saw a good review of it somewhere today (was it pfork?)

I gotta say it's probably the best ambient(or whatever) type album I've heard this year. Although Belong is nice too. This is the first I've heard from him. I had heard stuff about this album before but I thought like Helios Creed had made a new album or something :?

you should hear his debut album. if you have trouble finding it, pm me and i'll send it over.

also check out Goldmund, his minimal, piano project, released last year on Type. moving, tear jerkin' business.
