And yet somehow, I still havent heard the whole record.

I haven't even begun to think about this.

Amazon and Metacritic both list it April, 2006... was on Cokemachineglow's Best of 2006 (6 month) list. But in addition to All music, their own website talks about an October, 2005 release date... so I guess that's the definitive. I stand corrected.

I've only got two listworthies so far:

1) Ike Reilly--Suffer For The Trust (Acoustic)
2) Rhinobucket--I Was Told

Pretty lame year so far.

Meaning :

A. You forgot about it and need to revisit.
B. You can't decide what you like more. This or the new Scott Walker.
C. The Stones like quality is a bit nauseating, but you'll give it a get out of jail free card anyway.
D. The anticipation of hearing it again has caused your genitals to suck into your body cavity
E. It s**ks big f**kin elephant d**ks.
F. meh

Very slow year. Only thing for me that really deserves to be called outstanding is:

From what I've heard from others, the new Handsome Family release is excellent, but I haven't been able to find it locally.

And I've got high hopes as always that a new Guy Clark album set for an August release will end up near the top.

Not just me, but also the infinitely more credible (and less follicle) Saint Patrick/Idiopathic.

Dude, it's fucking awesome. I've had it for a while already, but I'll definitely buy a real copy. I think it's a real accomplishment. And I'd recommend becoming intimate with it while the summer's hot.
