not "officially" announced, but apparently Olivia Tremor Control is playing the April ATP Festival. One of their reps confirmed it today with a post at their messageboard. I cannot freaking believe this.

apology in advance: if the vast majority don't care, sorry. but this is huge to me, and I thought there were some other OTC fans on here.

I've got to be one of the very few people people who prefer Circulatory System to OTC. Still, I'd really love a chance to see OTC live. Where is the next ATP?

Also, when is that new Circulatory System album finally supposed to be out?

Perhaps I should look this stuff up myself, but I'm tired.

This is awesome news!

However, if the April ATP concert is the Slint one, both weekends have been sold out for some time...

UK Show #1 is curated by Slint. UK Show #2 is curated by Vincent Gallo. And the Slint show is sold out.

The next ATP will be in November here in the U.S. (probably in Long Beach).

I've become a pretty big OTC fan since my brother burned me 'Dusk At A Cubist Castle.' Good stuff. I'd definitely like to catch a show if they go on tour. *crosses fingers*
