After cleaning the messiest cube CMJ has ever seen. After trying to design a website on graph paper. After makeshift desk chair after makeshift desk chair.

Paperthinwalls.com is up.

Right now it's just a news feed. But what a fucking beast of a news feed. Like the Gamera of news feeds.

You should come by. Get a login name. Post some comments. Submit a story. hang out. Be funny. Be quippy. Do the internet thing.

ALSO: say hello to our moderators AURAL FIXATION and MRS. NEURO (aka dixneuf). They are pros. And I bow to their abilities and poise.

This is not a website to compete with obner or pfork or anything. It's supposed to work in conjunction with them. A place you go IN ADDITION to your fave music/board/site.

There will be much more on the site soon, obviously. So stay tuned. For now, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come by and be the first people to check it out!

I will concur that the graphics look awesome.

My only initial problem is the windows need to auto-size based on the browser window. I had to maximize my browser window to get to the full log in/ signup screen because scroll bars don't appear for the pop ups.

Apparantly there's a new Sigur Rós EP out, containing joints from their last album that we didn't listen to. What's Hopelandic for "Who cares?"

Is paperthinwalls supposed to be a gossipy and bitter?

Hey i have no right man, the dudes been on here for an age, but pimped a few weeks back that 'pitchfork' pricks will be writing for it etc etc. Not a great selling point for me to start with(his first PIMP), although it will be lapped in indie wonderland i'm sure.

Only like 3 of the 40 writers on board write for Pitchfork.

How did this turn into a Pitchfork thread?

Hello, my name is Christopher.

"Hi, Christopher"

I'm 26 years old and some of my writers write for Pitchfork.
