My friend's been giving me an in-depth explanation of Cobain's murder. How Courtney contacted El Duce from the Mentors asking him to kill Kurt for $50,000. How Duce turned her down but referred her to Allen Wrench. How Allen Wrench apparently killed Kurt. How, when Duce let it slip in an interview, Duce was found dead a few days later. How Allen Wrench routinely brags about it now. And a bunch of other circumstantial evidence like how Wrench was dirt poor before Kurt's death but, months later, he was loaded.

I didn't buy into it at first. A lot of Kurt's life he seemed suicidal. But she's got some convincing arguments. I couldn't see why Courtney would want him dead but she brought up how he was going to divorce her, among other things.

I don't know what to make of the whole thing.

courtney is seriously fucked up.
which makes me think she could do this, but also makes me think she couldn't pull it off.

This site: http://members.tripod.com/~VBlah/allenwrench.html covers many of the points that she did.

Also, she's been talking to Allen Wrench through myspace and she says he admits it freely now. I guess because there's not much to be done at this point. The case is closed and dismissed.

He has just made a new album with Elvis & Lennon but it's only a limited release on the planet Zultar.

C'mon your friend has been watching Nick Broomfield too much.

I think the passing of El Duce was sadder to me than Cobain's death.

R.I.P.

Well, the site says:

"Allen Wrench before, was always poor. He was a drunk guy who was always broke. Then, all of a sudden I heard that he bought a house, a new truck, and a 70's Corvette. He had a lot of money too fast. I think he got the money from Courtney Love for killing Kurt Cobain."

But it's not necessarily just fifty grand either. Courtney could have offered him that then, when he actually did it, given him more. Considering she inherited all of Kurt's money.
