Nope. Closest he got was Seattle - and even then the bastard chose the exact same night that Marah played Van.

And even after I offered to fly out and attend said show.

For me: The Stones, but only in a club setting--I ain't goin' to no stadium or arena.

Other than that, I can't think of anyone I desperately need to see, maybe Radio Birdman now that they're touring again, but that'll be remedied in a matter of months. Not sure I'd want to see the re-formed Roxy Music.

That's all I can really think of. I guess I'd like to see Pearl Jam, the Pixies, and the Melvins. But I'm not peeing my pants over any of those.

well, I've seen all the bands in my top 10 with the exception of My Bloody Valentine, The Clash, and The Velvet Underground so i'm gonna have to dig slightly deeper in my list.

1. Elvis Costello
2. Sufjan Stevens (though that changes in september)
3. Neil Young
4. Madlib
5. Springsteen

I'd say:
Ike Reilly
Lucero
MMJ
Neil Young
The Possum (No Show Jones) would be awesome
Frank Black solo might be pretty jail

Got that scheduled for Aug. 11th for me and my girlfriend. At a pretty cool, and relatively small venue. I'll try to take pictures and some video for anyone interested.

I actually had a ticket to go see Nirvana on the European In Uetro tour but then Kurt overdosed in Italy and the gig got cancelled. I took my ticket back and cashed it in not knowing they would never be back...

I wish I'd kept that ticket now.
