We just watched it.

They did good. Todd had on a bowtie that the newsguy complimented him on, though for some reason he reminded me of an old fashioned ice cream parlor guy in it. ;)

They played a couple snippets of songs, then later Todd just explained their name to the guy and then they played most of "Ashes on the Water".

Just kinda surreal.
We went in early in the A.M. -- before the sun was up, and met the folks there. (All very nice, by the way.)
Then, we set up in the old studio where they used to tape the Bozo Show, and currently do the lottery drawings. It was dark and just like something out of a dream sequence.

But it was a lot of fun.
We all had a really good time (even though I was a little nervous) and didn't make any major musical blunders.

Good time and I think we made a good impression.

I have a VHS copy of the broadcast and hope to get it converted to digital video to post as a streaming Quicktime video on the site sometime soon.

Thanks to all of you who tuned in. I hope you were entertained.

I taped it on VHS too, but my vcr is a bit crappy. Your part looked pretty good though.

How did you guys land that gig? It looked like you had a really good time. Your voice was pretty right on for being so early.

Has your website gotten some hits today?

Yes, please post it if you get the chance. My VCR doesn't record - it eats tapes and fingers.

I'm gonna talk to a guy I know at work who has the ability to transfer VHS to digital format.

See what he can do and get a timeframe.
