so the docs have checked me out, run their tests, done their ekg's, & whatnot. the most probably cause was the repositioning of my handlebars after i had re-taped them a few weeks ago, leading to a difference in the way my hands were positioned when i rode, leading to a difference in the way my arms/joints absorbed shock, leading to something basically getting really out of whack and fucking up this bundle of nerves in the top of my back/neck/shoulder.
is there a lesson here? probably, but i'll be damned if i can figure it out.

hahaha, no kidding. tho i have to admit i did have a sense that something felt off the last couple of weeks [after adjusting my bars]. shouldve known better than to mess with a good [comfortable] thing.
now i have to take a few days off from riding to try and recoup a bit. plus i am supposed to go to a chiro to try and get 'adjusted'. ugh.
oddly enough, tho, everything else is looking really good, healthwise. guess it has to be something, no?

This is why I don't excercise. I am afraid for my health.

it only makes the band names we already have/use that much more appropriate.
oddly enough.

Ha! Today is another Spare The Air day.

That means the air is so bad, we want you to walk or ride a bike in it!
