I spoke to Charles at length about the new stuff the last time they were in Chicago. He said they were working on the new album now, mostly still getting the material together. Apparently they've been building a new studio in Kevin's new basement (they all moved out of that house)

Late 2007/Early 2008 seems like a good bet. Bear in mind that much of the delay with the Meadowlands was them leaving Grass and then negotiating with several different labels before settling with AK.

Which is what confuses me about the delay on this record. I know they have wives and real jobs and stuff, but I want the music.
