it was like our lord Jesus Christ came down, cracked open a High Life, lifted the lid of the grill, opened the tin foil, and rubbed off a holy load all over my corn. my goodness this was a great idea. simply used black pepper, sea salt, and a couple pats of butter and rolled it up in the foil, and 15 minutes later, GOLD. i'll have to experiment w/ different seasonings in the future

and guys, up here in the big city some things are sold frozen. it's a means to preserve foods! think about that next time you're shuckin your cob next to ol granpaw.

oh dudes i kid, i grew up in a small town and shucked my fair share of corn. i'm sure fresh corn is better but we gotta make do with what we've got.

i just read something about grilling corn where you just throw it on the grill, sans husk or foil, and the natural sugars will caramelize, and turn the kernels golden brown. i guess you'd have to be careful not to burn it when you do that though.
