Psssst, Stacey, there are more single boys in SoCal. ;)

you can throw a rock in the air here and chances are you will hit a singer songwriter. or an unemployed "graphic artist." sometimes - both.

A penis and a guitar?

LA, Portland, LA, Portland. I'm so torn now...

LA and Portland are VERY different but both cool in their own ways. LA is like 10 cities in one so its hard to compare, however.

I figured as much, but there was a tug of war and I was trying to be clever.

I'm hitting both. I think I have to now.

"Both." :nono:

Oh damn you. I meant I'll be hitting both and hopefully making a day trip to Seattle. Can you make it worth my while?

Pegasus Hooves? Is that a Mars Volta side project?

Oh wait... I was thinking of Los Pezuña del Unicornio con Ala. Pegasus Hooves is the violin player from Yellowcard using effects pedals and playing solo..

Oh wait... I was thinking of Final Fantasy. My bad...

It was Comic Con. Don't worry, baby.

Shit, I think all of Obner needs to go to Seattle if The Czar wines AND dines.

*booking flight now*

I always worry... just excited. I've never seen a pegasus or SP before, and I'm going to get to see both at the same time!

If "pegasus" or "SP" is a code for some sort of sexual thing, I apologize in advance. I'm talking about a mystical horse with wings and Obner's #1 bowl saleswoman in VT, respectively...

Not sexual, but I'm pretty sure some sort of wrestling lingo or move.

Oh wait...

HEY!!! i'm NOT on the west side! :nono: pico/robertson is *not* the west side. i actually don't mind west la because i'm really close to work (driving 5-10 minutes to work is nice) but i find it a pain in the ass that i have to drive to the east side all the time to see my friends.

1) It's a video game. You can't sit down with someone and watch a video game - that's just annoying...besides,

2) I already beat it. I am the barbie-magic-pegasus master.

Though, before you point it out, it is based on a movie, that movie lacks the appropriate amount of flair and magical pegasi to entertain me...

Stacey, meet reading comprehension. Reading comprehension, Stacey.

Also, if Barbie can't help, your pegasus standards must be pretty gosh darn high, mister.

Come on... you're probably 10 min. northeast of me at most...

I usually count La Cienega as more of the cutoff point for the Westside....and Faitrfax area is still West LA...

Snoop Dogg wouldn't be happy with your denial of the west side.

It's a horse with wings. Horses are kinda cool, and wings are kinda cool, but the overall coolness of the Pegasus is not all that proven to me.

Horse + Wings needs a little extra "oomph" to be something special.

Just like "Snakes" + "Planes" needed a lil' Samuel Jackson to become something special.

I might've made a point somewhere in there...

I guess, riding a Pegasus means you just have that much further to fall. And, well, THAT doesn't sound like fun.

This is a turn I hadn't expected for this thread.

I'm going to brush up on my Greek Mythology before my trip or you may not like me.

I'm sure Opa can tutor you on Greek Mythology, or Iron Maiden, or Burroughs, if need be.

However, if you're only going to study one Icarus, I reccommend:

This is the second video game you've referenced in this thread. If you're saying all I have to do is brush up on Nintendo, well, THAT I can do.

I'm not even going to dignify that with a response.
