1 every 3-4 months? damn, i went to 7 shows this month alone. but for me, it's easier because 1) part of the industry i work in, 2) i live in la, 3) supporting local & friends' bands, 4) i'm single & all my friends are involved in the music industry or are huge musicheads as well and 5) summertime always has quality free shows and at least 2-3 shows to choose from every night.

i don't know what i'd do in my spare time if i couldn't go to shows. :shock:

I have only seen one show since I moved away from the downtown area, and that was Deadstring Brothers in mid June.
I plan on seeing a ton of shows in September and possibly a few in mid August, but if it comes down to a Husker football ticket versus seeing M Ward or Eric Bachmann, I'm going with the Husker game.

I've seen my fair of shows this year but the numbers are down this year since I got married and we're trying to save our pennies. My favorite show might be seeing Magnolia Electric Co.
