Buy any 4 CDs or DVDs, get the 5th free. 3 days only. July 28th - 30th.

I think I'm going shopping this weekend.

I've been stunned by Tower's prices lately- they seem incredibly high. I mean, $18 for an old Tubes disc? C'mon. Lots of the new releases are $13.98, which is too much for me. I look in the new artist section, where they're usually $9.99, and then the used section (usually meh & too expensive, too), then I look for the mags for the ones w/ a "free" CD.

I'm hard-pressed to buy a new CD if it's over $10.

Check out the new Paste magazine (August, w/ Thom Yorke on the cover). It's got a CD and a DVD inside. Now that's worth $8!

Just my (cheap) 2 cents (1.675 Canadian).

I just bought seven CDs at Newbury Comics for $78 with tax.

Man, I love that place.

I can't walk out of there with less than five CDs.

I'll usually only buy cd's at stores if they're on sale and less than $12. Otherwise it's Amazon or band/record label websites.

Pricey yes. But beyond Amoeba or online it's the only decent DVD selection

I bought five CDs with tax and all...$60. I think that was pretty good. Average CD price with tax = $12

So.... it's like buying 5 used releases at Amoeba. sweet...

wish that the Tower in MDRey still carried records - I need to start taking Sexyback with 12", if you catch my drift...

can the 4 cds be 9.99 and have the free one be 29.99? or does it have to be 9.99 or less?

Why don't you think about that for a minute and tell us what you think the answer is.
