I was hoping to read a bunch of drunk posts by now, but I'm guessing everyone with real plans this weekend are still out having fun.

I think I will take two days off to celebrate my 30th, so I can drink all day of my birthday and then sleep it off the next day.

I got drunk Monday and will most likely drink alot next Friday and Saturday, so I can't really complain this weekend. Though it did kind of suck going to the grocery store with my girlfriend last night, so she could get some wine to drink while I worked.

I figured I would do plenty of drinking at Simon's in Andersonville last night as I caught up with my old roommate (in from Seattle), but there was more talking than drinking.

it's been my 18th birthday for like the last 40 days..

I can't drink right now...but by next weekend, I plan on making up for it.

shoegaze dave has arrived as casa de la roja and is a lovely houseguest. i met stu last night and he's about 8000 times hotter than i thought he would be (when did internet people get so attractive?). i might've made a fool of myself in front of him, but hopefully he knows it's just because i was drunk.

no drunken posts, though. i'm pretty sure that i wouldn't have remembered how to turn on my computer last night anyway.

now, i wait for z so we can go to the brewers game. and it's mothereffing HOT outside.

I've got a kid due any minute, if not, induced by Monday or Tuesday. My In-laws have been living with us for the week. I'm drinking as subtly as a drunk at a wine pump in the desert behind a cactus.

I'm drinking half a beer right now. I haven't had alcohol since the first week of last november. Freaky. And since I'm breastfeeding I can only drink teeny amounts.

You did not want to read how drunk and high I got on Friday. Had at least a dozen ounces of scotch plus joints and by the time I got home at 4:30, I realized for the first time that I might be too drunk to be alone, and that there would be no one to make the executive decision to take me to the hospital should it come to that. I think I spun around my apartment a few times, tried to nap on the couch, the floor, my bed, tore my clothes off, took a cold shower, put out a bucket, and somehow fell asleep. I stayed in bed until 5 PM.
