we can set up another banana republic, forget to install any sort of environmental protections, move all of our pharmaceutical and waste disposal operations down there, and rename it 'pfilandia', or 'amerckica'.
it could work.

One thing is for sure--if the US ever allows citizens to travel freely down to Cuba, their economy will surge like no other country's. To me, Cuba is the last of the old guard in terms of our "cold war" thinking. Communism without the big leering guy in the corner, really isn't that scary. Not that I need also to mention the hypocritical nature of the China/US relationship.

we found that things in Cambodia (ie. the airport) were way more militant and 'scary' than in (the PDR of) Laos.
