my yahoo mail started messing up a few months ago, but only on my laptop. None of the buttons (like "reply") worked. I also kept getting some error message when I went to certain webpages and my IE would crash. I googled the error message and found a yahoo help file that got rid of the problem. Had to erase some yahoo.dll file or something like that. All fine now.

I switched to gmail awhile ago, not long before yahoo went all "high tech".
I log in every once in awhile and it drives me CRAZY.
The new interface is so frickin' heavy and slow.
That's what I liked about yahoo: it was so "light" and great for checking from my cell phone. Totally sucks now. :(

I wasn't having any problems until a few days ago when I called some friends who didn't respond to some time sensitive emails. They said they didn't get them from me. Now I'm wondering if this is a regular occurance or just something recently with the mailservers.

Yeah, I made the gmail switch awhile ago and am glad I did. The yahoo email account is now my junk account.

I switched both my accounts to the beta, used it a couple days and then switched back. All is now back to normal.

In asian massage parlor terms, we have a happy ending here, folks.
