Advance Notice--Party!

Some friends are throwing a going away party for Phil and I on Saturday, August 26th.

It's going to be at Kuma's Corner at 2900 W. Belmont starting around 7 or 8pm.

I will be driving past, quite literally, on my way home. I leave the day before, and I am going to try to get home that night in time for Busty's house-warming party.

Phil knows I love him.

Phil is flying back friday evening so if you have anytime to stop for a minute and say hi we'd love to see you!

Well we have the small fry so getting out to a bar is impossible right now.

But maybe we can stop by on sunday to say goodbye. I haven't seen Phil in eons now, and I probably should say goodbye since god knows when I'll see him again.

I plan on doing the later one to also see the Prairie Cartel do their thang. Assassins really impressed me last Sunday at Lollapalooza. That was literally the first time I ever heard their music. Quality.

i'd actually prefer to see the late show (21+), but one of my coworkers is in the opener for the early show, so i'll check them out too.
