The three on the right have been "maturing" about a month or so; the one on the left is a pure Tabasco papper concotion that I processed on Saturday--I tasted it and I think its gonna be fire.

This week, its time to deal with these bastards:

I think, I'm going to attempt a Peach/Habanero concoction.

Senor Six would be drooling now...

Over the weekend we went to a "Hot and Spicy Food Festival". They were serving all kinds of yummy food: indian, jamaican, south american, etc... and then they had this whole tent filled with spice and hot sauce vendors.

I got me some nice curry power, garam masala and the freshest cardamon pods I'd ever seen. The Senor bought a new bottle of hot sauce to add to his collection.

Your stuff looks dangerous.

man i used to hate the spicy but very recently I've grown very very fond of it and try to use it in the majority of the things I eat. my lady is not happy with this change of events as it directly affects my bowels in a what some would say negative way.

I have had a few requests for you to bring some samples (and pickles) when (if) you come down on the 26th.

As a boy I used to go to summer camp in Oak Glen, above Yucaipa. I remember seeing a chile-apple salsa.

A carbuncle as it were...

(funny when I posted it I was going to make a joke about mountains wearing down in the meantime... yin, yang, go figure).
