Yes, Todd- I occasionally am the kind of person who is so happy with life, I would hug someone just for the sheer bliss. But i usually just do something really nice for total strangers or near strangers instead.

YES, hugs make me so happy, so why wouldn't they make others happy. i am so affectionate and i love showing everyone how much i value them and care for them.

the only thing that sucks about hugs is this story:
one day, about two years ago, i hugged a homeless man. he licked and sucked on my neck.

i do not freely give hugs anymore.

exactly, why would i have thought that was a good idea? it was byfar the dumbest thing i've ever done. i learned my lesson. at the time i was thinking "hugs make my day brighter, i'm sure it'll make his happier as well"

i guess it did make him happier, but more than i would have liked.
