I'm with you, Brother.

It's just... I'm like, 30, and now I wonder if I ever will...

Will I always be a kid in adult's clothing?

i'm 25 and i feel like i should've been on medicare five years ago. i'm a curmudgeon. with that being said, i don't always feel like a grown-up - just sometimes.

I'm almost 36, but that's not what turned me into a grown-up; having kids did.
Now, I'm a BAD grown-up, but a grown-up nonetheless. Gotta be when there's little ones involved.

Hence the avatar?

That's kinda what I thought might be a main factor for people.

I'm an adult and I'm completely at ease with the fact.

Grown up?: Hell no.

I've been hanging out with people older than me forever. Most of my friends now are over 30. I must have some semblance of advanced maturity. But I am a fucking child that craves responsibility. I am contradictory in my age-concept.

21 and no.

But that's probably because I'm still working part-time and living at home. When I move out and get a real job, I'll feel like an adult immediately.

28. Yep, feel grown up. I still fight it on weekends and try to stay up past midnight but I'm usually in bed shortly after that. Soon I won't be fighting it anymore.

I think you can be a grownup, but still be young and vibrant, dude.

The fact that I'm 31, own a home and pay my bills on time every month should make me a grownup, but what really makes me feel like one is that people ask for my advice on things all the time and I'm more than happy to give it if I can.

I used to be young and wild.

Nothing has changed except now I'm grown up and irresponsible.

About to be 36.
Grown up: yes, but didn't really feel like one til the last couple years.

I've grown up beyond belief since I've met my husband. I've become more responsible that's for sure.

Doesn't mean I don't feel "young" still. Though I have days I feel 50. And that's not necesarily been a bad thing.

Strangely, since I had my daughter I feel even more grown up. This whole juggling two kids thing has been interesting.
