but my wife wants mixes of Queen and Billy Joel. feel free to boo and hiss but if someone says "sure, bort, i'd love to make a billy joel mix for you" it would be much more appreciated.

That can be problematic. If I were to make a Queen or Billy Joel mix it'd have virtually none of the songs that fans of the hit-single end of the spectrum would want.

I'd have songs like "39" and "The Mexican Connection" on it.

The "that's racist!" kid kind of bugs me, because if he's saying "that's racist," he clearly does not enunciate the "st" sound at the end, so he's caught in an eternal loop of "that's raci!" More likely he's actually saying "that's crazy!" or something.
